Participants who choose to continue after the 7-hours mark will do it at their own risk, as the traffic and aid stations will no longer available. The time limit is 7 hours (16 minutes per mile). Participants must be at least 12 years old on the day of the race to participate in the Grandma’s Marathon and half marathon, there is no age limit for the 5K race. There will be 15 aid stations along the marathon course with water, electrolytes and fresh fruit, 9 aid stations at the half marathon and 1 at the 5K race.


The event is open to both walkers and runners. The course consists entirely of paved surfaces and is a mix of flat sections and small hills, with the highest gradient at mile 9 (mile 22 for full marathon runners). The half marathon and full marathon distances are almost straight.
